Once again the foreclosure market is dominating everyones thoughts. My clients whom I am trying to find rentals for are asking "what if this place I'm going to rent goes into foreclosure?'. My comment to them is we can add proper verb age thato the contract asking for upon notice of default and foreclosure landlord to refund deposits immediatly to tenants. That is how I am trying to protect them.
I really hope my clients don't have to deal with the foreclosure issue by fault of their landlords We do our homework before signing the contract and keep our fingers crossed.
there is just toooooo many foreclosures in Las Vegas right now and more to come. YUCK!!
