Christmas Toy Give-A-Way

On December 23rd, the Durham Rescue Mission hosts its annual Christmas Toy Give-Away. Guests to the event will enjoy a free traditional, christmas meal with all the trimmings and will receive free clothing and free groceries. There will be games and activities for the children, and EVERY CHILD in attendance will receive toys...the only Christmas gifts that some of these children will receive this year.

I just knew you would be posting something along this line. God bless you my dear dear friend. You are heaven sent for all of us.

We have an angel tree at our church. Each paper ornament has the name of a foster child and that child's name, age, size, favorite color, plus a few gifts we can choose from. These things are so important. Especially at this time of year.

Hi Elizabeth, these are such great programs to participate in, the people that volunteer will have their lives touched forever. The least among us shall be first. Have a blessed Christmas
