What topics are you waiting to read on AR? What REALLY interests you?

What do you log on to AR to read? What information are you looking for? That being said, Are you looking for information, advice, friendship, commiseration from established friends?

Why do you log on to AR...I know, for many of us it is an addiction and we are just looking to read and see new information. HOWEVER, WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT TO LEARN AND READ ON AR?

Evening Karen, I'm hoping to see updated stats on membership levels at NAR after Jan 1, 2009. Also hoping to see slow but steady increase in sales among AR faithful !

1. see what war stories others have to share,

2. see how markets are elsewhere,

3. ask advice of others,

4. see what interesting things folks have included on Localism in my area and other areas

5. just see what folks are talking about today, and what good bargins folks are listing, and of course the eye candy listings that I cannot afford (yet).

Information on how to improve my business as well as ideas from others and of couse I can't forget about all of the GOOGLE JUICE!!!

1- Motivational Stories

2- Give advice to others

3- See what gadgets people are using

4- Meet interesting people

5- Learn more about Real Estate

Hi Karen, I'm looking for:

1. Ways to improve my business - new ideas for marketing, things I never thought of or knew

2. Different points of view - it's amazing how much you can learn by reading something that is written by someone who works and thinks in a different way

3.Motivation - nice to hear a positive message - helps me keep going

4.Networking - How great is it to meet people all over the country?! I have met 3 great ladies who are in a different parts of Colorado - this is a great opportunity to share

5. Entertainment- There are a lot of very funny people here!

1. Interact with like minded people.

2. Compare notes

3. I'm a sponge for knowledge, so anything informative is great.

4. See what other markets are like

5. Network-give and get referrals.

Hi Karen! Here's my list:

1. To market my business--give informative information regarding my area, my listings and my market.

2. To see how others' markets are faring since I can't depend on mainstream media to give me ANYthing positive--so if the numbers are good, I don't know it unless I read it here!

3. To network--both for sending and receiving referrals

4. To increase that coveted Google, Yahoo & MSN juice!

5. To meet and greet new and interesting members who share my same passion--whether it be real estate, inspiration, teaching/coaching or anything personal- or business-related!

It's a GREAT place to be any time of the day or night!!
