Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients together, and roll into a ball. Pinch off small portions of mixture and roll into small balls. Place the small balls onto a cookie sheet. Use a fork to press the cross on top of the cookie.
Bake at 325 degrees or until brown.
