Lanette,

Great Post.  I was down in your neck of the woods over the summer.  Lot's of folks moving down your way due to the closure of Fort Monmouth.

Have a great day

Leander - BRAC is alive and well here and I've sold quite a few homes to our hard-working military families relocating from NJ's Fort Monmouth.  Surprisingly, many are opting to buy rather than lease eventhough they know they may only be here for a few years.  They're looking at the big picture and wanting to hold on to their investment for a while.  I think that's a great plan and it's working for many families.  We are a very easy commute to APG (Aberdeen Proving Ground) for both its Aberdeen and Edgewood locations.

Ella - Bel Air really is a great place to live and raise a family.  It's got that 'small town' feel to it yet it's very convenient to 'big town' places like Baltimore, D.C., and Philly.

Lanette - I used to live in White Marsh and loved going to my friend's house in Bel Air.  It is a beautiful place to live and I hope that you get some out-of-town folks to see the benefit in owning a second home there.
