Hi Lenn!  It looks like Fredricksburg has some great properties on the market.  I also noticed that besides the rural aspect, your other attractive features of Fredricksburg sound much like what Charlotte has to offer buyers and more importantly, WHAT the buyers are most interested in when they're moving to the area.
