I lost my Sheltie when she was almost 17.  She had been a dear friend, loyal, gentle, full of personality, and a member of our family.  She had one litter, but those materal instincts stayed with her and she took care of everyone.  Of course she like everyone herded together in the same room.

This is her baby picture.  She carried this teddy bear around her entire life.  Of course I had to mend it many times.

The picture above is her as a mama.  She had two pups, one of which we kept.  My brother and sister-in-law kept the other one.....both girls.
