It is Sunday noght and I am looking at what I can accomplish this week. Here in the land of great weather, 79 degrees and warm, we have a lot to be thankful for even if we think we have it bad.  I am getting my web page up and working, trying to find buyers or seller, setting the stage for a GREAT 2009.  Have made it thorugh 06, 07 and 08, so 09 will be good for us.  Interest rates are at all time lows.  I know of a house, 1700 sf rented for a least another year, $900. a month and we can probalby buy it for $60,000.  It is a great looking house.  I would guess it sold 4 yearsw ago in the $200's.  What a STEAL.  If anyone knows of anyone e-mail me.
