Regular readers of my blog know that I decided that I'd work like I need the money during December--so, this month I: got a listing, am working with 3 new buyers, re-activated one of my listings & have shown it 4 times, completed a rental transaction & distributed/mailed out approximately 240 calendars. Meanwhile, I've mailed Christmas cards, attended a Christmas party & later today will get a pedicure with my teen daughter! Hey, it can't all be work! ha-ha I'm determined that 2009 will start off well. Sellers & buyers may be waiting for the new year but prospecting won't wait. Remember, success is when opportunity meets preparation.
