Several weeks ago, during a Charleston Real Estate Investor's meeting we were trying to get feedback from our Mastermind Members as to who they would like to have as a "Guest Speaker"...
Who would they like to hear?
A motivational speaker? (someone mentioned our old friend Leon Humphrey)
That would be a pretty good way to kick-off 2009...
Someone else, suggested a "panel of experts."
And then, one of our newest members who owns a "few" properties, suggested on our message board that we have someone from our local "Code Enforcement" division visit with us.
...and I have to confess, this was so strange, since we had just heard from 4-5 other Mastermind Members, over the course of the previous month, who had received a "visit" from their local "code enforcement representatives, so I took it as a "sign" that we really needed to reach-out
to our local friends and see what we can learn about..
"How to stay on the "good-side" of the Code Enforcement folks"
You asked for it...and on Tuesday, January, 6th, 2009, you are going to get it!

This will probably be the only time in your life that you will be glad to see someone from Code Enforcement show up!

This is you chance to ask (almost) any question that you want about what Code Enforcement will and will not allow, and learn from the local Charleston experts, so, bring your questions, get there early and get a seat, and take advantage of this opportunity to pick up some "inside
