I wonder just how many people have not formulated a plan for 2009 yet. With only 9 days left, are you going to walk into 2009 unprepared? Or maybe you are one that feels like you will deal with 2009 when it arrives? Or even better, you are one of those business minded people that does not need a plan becuase you can wing it. Wll, none of thos options are very good choices. As a matter of fact, and I use this often, if you are not making a plan, then you are planning to fail.

With the current state of the economy, coupled with the Mortgage and Real Estate issues, it is more important today to have a plan formulate. Over a year ago I wrote a small article called Tips on making a business plan. This is definantely a time that this article needs to be revisited. If you have not done so yet, get one together today. There is no need to put it off. Having a plan to go by is like having a road map to travel with.

Danny,

My plan for 2009 is to get as many people as I can out of their Corporate jobs so they can have more time for themselves!

Danny - I will have to check out that article again.  Having a plan is freaking crucial... in any atmosphere.

The biggest part of my plan will be to increase my business from last year. It will include internet and blogging as the back bone of how to make it happen. Of course repeat business will be a large part of it as well.
