As a licensed Real Estate Broker for more than 25 years, I have experienced many many changes to the industry. The basic selling principles still exist, but the methods we employ to enhance sales has changed dramatically. Remember when the Internet was considered to be some passing fad? and who ever heard of the word "Blog"? Because I genuinely like my job, I strive to constantly reinvent my business plan, never discriminating techniques or tools to get the job done. As such, I am learning to blog, as a matter of fact, todays topic of the ever changing world of real estate is what struck me as I sat down to compose this very first blog. Tere: As much as I vow to dedicate more time to my blog, it seems as though time does get away from me. I almost have to calendar time to sit and think, and then compose what I will write for my next blog, and I havent been able to shift gears for that yet.
