Nine Chino homes were listed for sale during the week ending Dec. 20, 2008, and 24 homes entered escrow, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service.
A total of 326 Chino homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Dec. 14. Included are 181 single-family homes ranging from $155,000 to $1,635,000. There were 145 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Chino on Dec. 21, with list prices ranging from $71,900 to $890,000.
The MLS listed 134 Chino listings as vacant, 129 as "short sales," and 39 as owned by lenders who foreclosed on defaulted loans.
There were 12 Chino homes reported as sold in the MLS during the week ending Dec. 20, 2008.
