We all been waiting for the holiday season to begin.  For many on Maui, it's great for different reasons.  For the traveler to escape the winter weather, with family, and get away from work.  The weather has been beautiful, and the beaches busy with sun worshipers getting some rays, and enjoying the warm ocean. 

The shop owners and people that work in the hotels,shops, and restaurants love being busy. 

 So it is a winner for everyone.  The real estate market has been slow.  We are starting to see some pretty good deals on the market.  Talking to prospective buyers, they are feeling that it's time to start looking a little more serious at the market.  I do think this winter season is going to pick up. All in all, I think we will all be pretty busy this winter.  So if you make it to Maui, enjoy the beaches, golf, and shopping.  If you are looking for South Maui real estate.  Then give me a call, and we can check out a few properties that you might like.
