We all know that there is no place like being in your own home for the Holidays!

So why wait... mortgage rates are at historic low levels, the best they've been in 46 years! Inventory is plentiful and home prices are incredible.

Sellers are very motivated and would like nothing better than to put a bright holiday bow around their home for you.

Imagine starting out the New Year owning your home… what better gift to give yourself and your loved ones.

Bottom Line: This is the best time in 46 years to purchase a home and that alone makes home ownership a dream come true for many people... you can be one of them.

Happy Holidays...

Happy Holidays

Goodbye old rates, hello new year!

As for the book, it was a used book, Mon!  I bought it for a penny, hardcover, on Amazon.  It was a little ratty and when I turned it around to inspect it, I saw something green peeking out.  I open it up and out poured $320 is crisp clean bills!!!  I split it in half with my better half who was there when the discovery was made! We were both laughing hysterically because how amazing was that!?

Thanks Lisa and Bob... Power is very nice to have. We were lucky nothing much froze (but us) we nursed a space heater attached to our motor homes generator. Cost a fortune to run it as it takes diesel fuel but that is much cheaper than bust pipes. Even so the inside temps dropped to 41 degrees the last day of no power.

Happy Holidays to you both...lets hope for a great 2009.

Jesse LOL..I cracked up when I saw your post this morning! Merry Christmas to you and Kathy as well.

It is very true that this could go down as one of the best times in history to buy a home. It is very unusual to be in an environment where prices have dropped substantially combined with record low interest rates.

So how do we get that message out? Or better yet how do we make buyers believe it? Happy Holidays Bill I hope you have a great one.

Monika, you are right in stating that this is a great time to buy, and might as well jump in there before house prices start to climb again.

Hi Ann... I use picnik to make it. Thought it looked cute. Merry Christmas Ann how are your dad's oranges?

George...They will start to climb again...always do. Real estate is a cycle and everyone says to buy when it's down and sell when up.
