The Pittsburgh Business Times published a review of the Capstone Grill, which is located across from Donaldson's Crossroads on Route 19 in Peters Township:
"The focus here is fresh seafood, with worthwhile beef and chicken options for land lovers. Nine fresh varieties of fish are offered daily, available just as diners like them. Experiment with the long list of custom choices - everything from orange mandarin sauce, to almond-crusted (with banana butter), to Thai chili BBQ, or simply chargrilled. The list of fish is fairly international, including Alaskan halibut, Canadian salmon, South American tilapia and Pacific swordfish."
