Being in the Real Estate auction business I am especially tuned to anything that says "auction" as I try to learn as much as possible. I came across the title "reverse auction" and even though it has nothing to do with real estate I must admit I wish I had thought of this. This is a online site that offers auctions in three fun and unique ways for people to save money on "new" brand name items that we use everyday. After doing some research I not only discovered its new to the US but that a shopping portal is soon to follow and thus the reason for the auctions.
You probably know that Googles hook is the "Search" and eBay owns shopping.com and the reason those got so big so fast was through viral marketing ( one person tells another then another etc:). I believe that this has that same quality, so much so I got involved. I know that my industry is booming (auctions), but I talk to so many professionals who are struggling financially as they try to hold out while the market recovers. I can only offer co-brokerage commission if they bring buyers to the sale and quite frankly that only happens 17% of the time. Most buyer's are found by the auction marketing effort and not represented today.
With that in mind I humbly offer you an opportunity to supplement your income and NOT distact from your real estate business. Your skills will be profitable and you can do this an hour a day and truly make some good money. I now equal my pay with this program and I hope you can too.
