Commission Policy

100% Plan (100% to Sales Associate)

Office fee of $250.00 per month includes use of the Creve Coeur or Chesterfield offices, virtual telephone extension, Sales Associate profile page on the office website with a link to Sales Associate's listings and personal website, use of copy machine up to 500 black & white copies .05¢ per copy after 500 (color copies at .15¢ per one-sided copy), high-speed internet, internet advertising of Sales Associate's listings, use of conference rooms, in-house Mortgage & Title services, on-site Broker & Office Manager support and sales training.  Sales Associate is responsible for MLS dues, business cards, letterhead & envelopes, office supplies, advertising listings and self-promotion advertising.  $360.00 errors and omissions insurance fee paid annually and due 30 days after start date. 5% franchise fee & 1% national advertising fee charged per transaction.  $295.00 archive fee charged to the customer per transaction.  If the $295.00 is not charged to the customer, the Sales Associate is responsible for the archive fee.  $300.00 transaction fee charged to the Sales Associate per transaction.

80% Plan (80% to Sales Associate)

You may change your plan annually on your anniversary date. We will get your business started and provide you with your first listing no matter which commission plan you select.
