Actually, it isn't a joke. Inspectors who do any bank draw inspections know that, time after time, they ask for more photos of the outhouse, porta potty, sanitary facility, than about anything else. It is really quite astounding but in 8 inspections on different days, they are likely to ask for the outhouse about six times vs a couple for the foundation or the roof. All systems clear I guess.

LOL.... Too true. The first rehab job one of my clients did he forgot about the porta potty. Since EVERYTHING in the house had been ripped out, it was clearly needed. They ended up digging a latrine in the backyard that first day and got one delivered for the second.
