Has to be a person you know personally, like a fellow Realtor, mother, brother, son, daughter, father, etc.

This is your chance to give recognition, publicly.  You need not give a name, but would be nice to list why you admire this person.

There are two people in my life that fit the bill.  One is a person who has demonstrated the willpower to overcome a problem and make the best of it.  Not an easy task.  A daily struggle. A real success.

The other is a person with six children, three jobs, always in a happy attitude and a smile on the face.  This person always put themselves last, not first, and is very successful.  Amazing.  Two people I will not soon forget, made an impression on me in 2008.

Great topic Ken!

Right now there is only one person I want to single out.  In fact, if I could I would nominate her for an oustanding achievement award!

She is a fellow realtor who has never let adversity slow her down.  In fact, she continues to be a top producer!  She's always positive, even when dealing with the very worst health issues.  Her emotional and physical strength continue to amaze me each and ever day.  She also continues to be the backbone of her family.  On more than one occasion this year when I felt myself getting "funky" or starting to whine, I would think of her and how she handles her burdens and excuse myself from the pity party I was throwing for me!

Ken, you  touched my heart!!!!!  I don't know what to say. I am never speechless, as you know.  I was reading this and said to myself, boy that person must be tired.....Then I read on and it was me.   LOL  Who has time to be tired....  Ken, with friends like you, how could I go wrong....I have truly been blessed.....

OOps, I forgot to leave my person I admire.  It would be my sister Kathy. She gives of herself before anybody else. If you have a problem, she is the first one there to jump in and absorb your burden. And believe me, she has me for a sister, so she hears a lot...LOL  I have always been a possitive person, but if you ever feel the least bit down, she is the call to make (if I am not available). We get it from our mother, who has passed on. That woman always gave so much love of herself totally unconditionally. My sister is getting ready for a move to Florida and although I know it is the right move for her, it just seems too far away. But, her phone will still work, so at least I will have that.

Ken, great topic!!!!!
