  • Setup BPO and REO Account for Brokers and Agents ($25.00 per Application)
  • Capture BPO System Alerts-$2.00 each
  • Input Comp Details
  • Input all Comp Entries
  • Summarize all Comp Property Details
  • Input the Subject Property Tax Data
  • Upload all Subject and Comp Photos
  • Input Values only when provided by the Broker or Agent

*We do not Calculate Adjustments, Values, and Recommended Prices, Input Neighborhood Information unless the detailed information is sent to us for input.

Listing and Marketing Services

  • Creat Listing Presentation,
  • Pull Comps (if applicable),
  • Take External and Internal Photos (local only),
  • Order Staging and Cleaning Services,
  • Input Listings, Extension, and Price Changes into the MLS,
  • Create all Property Marketing Materials (post card, flyers, brochures, property information sheet, etc),
  • Create Virtual Tours and Single Propety Websites,
  • Add listing to websites and perform all Website Updates,
  • Post all Listings and Updates to Online Marketing Media,
  • Schedule all Showings and compile showing reports and MMRs,
  • Conduct all Pre-Contact Activities.

REO Pre-Listing and Property Preservation Services

  • Setup Brokers and Agents with BPO and REO Companies and Banks (Fee Base),
  • Order Bid Requests and Submit to AM,
  • Order Re-secure and Re-key,
  • Order Exterior and Interior Photos,
  • Order Trash-outs,
  • Turn On/Off all Utilities,
  • Order Lawn Maintenance/Services,
  • Order General Services, 
  • Manage all Vendor Activities,
  • Submit All Property Expenses for Reimbursements,
  • Monitor all Accounts Receivable Activitiess.

REO Closing Transaction Management Services

Properties sales price of greater than >$100,000 = $275.00+Properties sales price of less than <$100,000 = $200.00+  Six (6) month special

  • Complete and Submit all Offer Worksheets
  • Collect Highest and Best
  • Distribute and Collect all Bank Required Forms, and Addendums
  • Verify the Completion of all Documents
  • Follow-up on all contingencies and Contingency Removals.
  • Communicate with all agents, title, and the Bank/REO Company during the closing transaction process
  • Obtain all Final Documentations Including the Closing Statement
  • Support all transaction activities using Point2Close, SettlementRoom, RELAY, or SureClose.
