I wish I could send a card to all my friends on Active Rain but it is not practical as I have made so many friends .
I have taken time all month to comment on their posts and wished them Happy Holidays at that time.
I wish all my associates and friends Happy Holidays and Happy New Year. I hope 2009 will be a great year for Real Estate. Here are reasons I think it will be good for real estate.:
1. There are many buyers sitting on the fence and they will buy before rates go up.
2. There are many sellers who wanted to sell but rented it out as the prices were low, but they do not want to be landlords for ever and will sell .
3. There are Seniors who need to sell and move to 55plus communities.
4. Builders are offering all kinds of incentives so buyers will want to take advanatge of them.
5.Buyers will take advantage of $7500 tax credit (loan )
