Warwick Township, Bucks County,Pa General Information

Warwick township was organized in 1733, the days of stage coaches and horse drawn carts. George Washington's army of 11,000 camped here in 1777 and headquartered at the Moland house .

The township building is located at 1733 Township Greene Road, off Meyers way in Jamison.The telephone number is 215-343-6100.

Warwick township is governed by a Board of Supervisors comprised of 3 elected members. Warwick township has its own Cable information channel.As of 2000 census, Warwicks population was 11,977 , 102% increase since 1990.

 The area of Warwick is 11.14 sq. miles.It is a great place to live in.New Hope , with fine restaurants and antique stores is just  a few miles away.It is easy to commute to New York .Trailways has bus service from Doylestown to Port authority in New York or you can drive to Trenton and take the train.Route 263 and 202 take you to Holland Tunnel in less that 2 hours.

The township boasts 5 public parks with a total of more than 100 acres. These parks have amenities like soccer fields,tennis  and basketball courts and baseball fields and walking tails.
