I'm so tired of the bla, bla, bla of the negativity reported by the news about the Real Estate situation.

I'm even MORE TIRED, of the people here who constantly blog about the negativity...

WHAT IS YOUR POINT? Do you think reiterating the negativity that the uneducated reporters , NOT LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS, who have no knowledge and are not licensed real estate agents who just read what is written by the other uneducated reporters write, are helping the general public.

Come on. Most people can see through this debacle.

How well are you doing if all you can write about is negativity?

No wonder you aren't doing well...YOU ARE BUYING INTO, the NEGATIVE REPORTS from the NEW'S MEDIA.

THINK ABOUT THIS...HOW MANY OF THE REPORTERS HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE?

If they have a Real Estate license and are qualified to make comments..then do so... Otherwise, I want to know positive comments from real Professional Real Estate agents and what they feel is going on with the current market, not some comments that are being written by writer's who are looking at reports or who have made their own personal opinions based on biased reports or personal friendships.

PLEASE TELL ME PROFESSIONALS...

I agree that the media feeds off of negative energy. However I still think that home prices will need to come down further. That's just me.

Positive People see the opportunity...
to Negative People this just becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy...

At least in this market.. you don't have to deal with negative people, it seems only the positive ones are out looking for properties.

The media is all negative. I really don't know how the reporters/anchors can read and deal with that day in and day out.

Justin, I don't know how old your are, however, where do you want them to go? I don't know the Kansas City market, however, if they go much further in Florida...

I wrote an offer today on a $300K assessed property at $375K for $90K...how much lower can it get...

Just curious if you would like to reply, how old are you and how long have you been selling real estate?

Doubt if you will reply, however, if you do...can you explain your remarks?
