Below is a photo of a home that I listed on October 17, 2008 and successfully closed escrow November 14, 2008.  Within three days of being on the market and four showings later.  Viola! Two offers were submitted.  Our original asking price was $199,000.  We closed escrow in 28 days, and it was sold for $203,000. Sold in three days and above asking price!
