Today I left the house for some last minute food items and when I got about 6 blocks from the house I realized one of my tires was almost completely flat. Awww.......on Christmas Eve. Really??!! :)

I got out of the car.......kicked the tire and had a very tiny temper tantrum. :)

I called my house and my daughter answered and I told her the situation and that I would be calling Triple A. After I called them A car pulled up next to me and a wonderful husband and wife gave me their can of fix-a-flat. So sweet and kind, but alas.....it didn't work. It's the thought that counts though! Triple A arrived 15 minutes after I called and put on my spare and then it was off to shop. The tow driver was very kind and sweet. Thank goodness for the wonderful people out there who helped me keep perspective. It wasn't really that big of a deal, but at first I almost made it one. Something I need to work on I suppose. Thank you to the tow driver and that couple for being kind to a stranger on Christmas Eve. Your kind words and smile changed my attitude and reminded me what to be thankful for. :)
