Spring is FINALLY Here in Washington, DC!

The last blustery days of winter have blown past and spring has finally arrived! The daffodils and forsythia are already ablaze and soon the garden air will be wisteria scented while the peonies nod their delicious heads.

With that having been said, I am new to this network and I must say it is QUITE addicitve...As I browse through, I find myself elated...overcome with joy... a little envious (of those who knew of this great secret before me)... and most of all appreciative.  Appreciative of the agents (newbies and vets) who come to this forum to openly discuss current real estate trends and unselfishly offer candid advice on marketing, blogging, and the pitfalls of this very, very cyclical industry.  So thank you, and happy prospecting!
