This number is (-44.7%) less than the 749 units sold in November 2007. The total volume was $75,345,285 in    November                            2008  vs. $140,206,011 in November 2007, with an average price of $181,993 in November 2008 vs. $187,191 in November 2007. Average Days on the Market(DOM) was 99 days in November 2008 vs. 92 days in November 2007.

Between January 1st - November 30th 2008, there were a total of 7,514 units sold the Greater Greenville SC Real Estate market. If you compared that number to the same time last year at 9,531, that is (-21.1%). The volume was $1,388,742,664 (-21.8),    Average price of $184,821(-.8%), and Average DOM of 95 days Versus: Volume of $1,776,504,421, Average price of $186,392, and Average DOM of 86 days for Jan 1st - November 30th 2007.

ACTIVE GREATER GREENVILLE SC HOMES FOR SALE:

As of December 10th of 2008, there were 6,791(+4.5%) Single Family Homes for sale, Condominiums for sale, and Townhomes for sale in the Greater Greenville Real Estate market. The Volume is $1,827,962,101 (+10.1%), Average price is $269,174(+5.4%), and Average DOM is 142 days. Compared to December 10th 2007 at 6,499 actives, the Volume was $1,659,699,340, Average price was $255,377, and Average DOM was 121 days.
