If you fail to plan then really you plan to fail! Now that Christmas is over it is time to really evaluate the things you did this year to grow and expand your business. I talk to so many people in this industry that don't have any business plan. Successful people ALWAYS have a plan for their business. Spend some time going through your calendar last year, make a list of the people you met and did business with. How did you meet them? How did you cultivate that relationship and how did you close the deal? Chances are that when you evaluate this process you will discover that if you focus your energy on those money making activities and delete the activities that waste time you income will sky rocket. Set some goals and take massive action. Always write your plan in pencil!! You never know when you may have to change. Find out what works and take massive action on that activity!

I have said you opening remark dozens maybe hundreds of times.

It is sad to see so many folks in business without any kind of a plan at all.  Most will not be around long.

Jason good point, a Business Plan should be a living document so changes and modifications can be made as situations change. Thanks for the reminder.
