I think my cat Simba above is a great snapshot of how many of us probably feel right now. I know I am exhausted after the Christmas festivities and traveling to see our loved ones. Although we had a wonderful Christmas again and have so much to be thankful for, it takes a lot of work, doesn't it? And, I didn't even hostess! I don't know how my mom and dad do it every year! I simply had to bring a bottle of wine, our famous artichoke dip, crackers and a cheese plate---I got off really easy this year!
Take some time to recover before New Years Eve! I know my hubby and I will be celebrating at home, away from the crowds, and knowing me--I will have to fight to make it to the stoke of midnight! Take care!
