The last blustery days of winter have blown past and spring has finally arrived! The daffodils and forsythia are already ablaze and soon the garden air will be wisteria scented while the peonies nod their delicious heads.
What! No garden? Call me at once! 

Home prices in the DC Metropolitan area continued to fall in February and March.  Prices are down about 1.5% (maybe more) in our area.  In fact, DC experienced the one of the biggest declines in home prices of most major US cities, the fastest decline in 13 years.

What does this mean to you, the BUYER?  Simply that you will have plenty to choose from this Spring. 

For example, since Jan 1, 2007, 558 homes (3 bedrooms & 1 bath) were listed in DC.  Since that time, only 100 of those homes actually SOLD, 114 are pending sales, 265 are still on the market, and the rest were withdrawn from the market or just expired (according to MRIS).  Statistics in surrounding counties are pretty much the same.

Now is the time to take advantage of this SUPER market.  Believe it or not, rates are still low, and because inventory is high, I can help you reap the benefits of some AMAZING incentives.
