As we approach the end of the Year now is a good time to make plans to sign up for the

first offering of the continuing education classes and get them over I usually sign up for

the Core class this way I get the two mandatory classes in one session rather than take

them individually. They are usually offered here sometime in January then I don't have

to woory later in the Year about getting in my classes.

John,

I like your attitude.  We all have to be more proactive.  The more you put in....the more you get out.

Have a great day

John, I love CE.  Cramming in classes is never a concern for me because I make time to take an available class sponsored by MREC or the REALTOR association. But its a good reminder. Have a great year!Sandwriting by Suzi Gravenstuk

John, I think you might be right. This is pro ably the best time to get those classes taken care of before the onslaught of buyers and sellers in the Spring.
