John, I love CE. Cramming in classes is never a concern for me because I make time to take an available class sponsored by MREC or the REALTOR association. But its a good reminder. Have a great year!
John, I think you might be right. This is pro ably the best time to get those classes taken care of before the onslaught of buyers and sellers in the Spring.
