I've been carousing lately and see a pretty consistent theme, How's Business? and what are you going to do to change it? Well I'm not recruiting nor am I promoting but if you want to read something that will change your business for the better read "SHIFT"

Remember that the road in front of us has been paved, all we have to do is follow it and be successful!

1. The Market changed so should we!

2. There are Leaders and there are Followers, we pick, we decide!

I just got it and am in the process of reading. My sister just finished it and said it was spectacular and an easy read. KM

Brady, good post, I too am in the process of reading shift. Once finished, I may read it again and continue to "tweak" our business. Great read and tremendous amount of information!

Enjoy, I've read it twice going on 3 times, I think I've read every Zig, Brian Tracy, Kio, and any other book like that a couple times.

It is an incredible book and I keep it by my bedside. Recently I've been perplexed how to deal with a listing where the only interest is from buyers with bad credit who wan tto do a lease purchase for 3 years. I pickedup SHIFT and turned to the contract for deed idea. Still waiting to hear if they will go for it - but I think it's the best solution.

I am in love with Gary Keller. Not really, but the man is amazing.

When I first got into the business, I didn't understand Millionaire Real Estate Agent. Thought it was egotistical. After joining KW started reading it again and realized that all the mistakes I'd made through my first surviving years in real estate could have been avoided.

So when KW announced that Shift was coming to Columbus and Mr. Keller would be the presenter, I signed up as fast as i could. It was AMAZING!

The book is wonderful. Best thing I've read since MREA.

But, if you - even non KW folks - have a chance to see the Shift tour in your area. Run, don't walk. It will get you thinking and change your business.

Toby, I agree 100%, I went to "SHIFT" too and it was amazing, plus it gets you all fired up and gets your office fired up

Brady, I've been thinking about picking this one up. I read MREA when I first started and thought of all the real estate books I read it contained the least fluff. Sounds like Shift may promise to deliver.

We have a weekly book group with agents in my office going through this book. There is also a podcast on Itunes with very short ideas on shifting markets. Cary Jo, Kalispell Montana

Cary, Thats a good Idea, we were doing that for MREA and stopped a while back, I think it would be great for SHIFT.
