Short Sale Courses?

Has anyone taken any short sale courses lately that are offered online?

Any suggestions?

I've seen several advertised here on AR, and gotten emails. I am hesitant to order one online without recommendations.

I have seen AR sponsors here... anyone tried one of them yet?

I need an online course, not in person.

I have taken a few classes locally. Unfortunately in our state we have a state law: Act 137 which requires special training to be sure we are compliant with state law.

Erica, I took a course from an attorney firm. I think the best thing to do should be a real course. Or, maybe just hook up with an attorney.

There's an attorney across the hall from my office--I do work with them a lot.

I was looking online for a CE course or maybe a designation course.
