Today I did a search for a client to determine which floor plan was the hottest selling floor plan in Olathe KS. My search analyzed the new home stats for the past six months, 3 months and 2 weeks. My data for the past 2 weeks determined that two story floor plan was the hottest floor plan in Olathe Kansas. The second hottest floor plan was the ranch floor plan. The reversed 1.5 story, front to back split, and atrium split all tied for third. The California split and one and a half story tied for fourth.
More 2-story floor plans sold the past 2 weeks then all other the other floor plans combined. So the hottest new home floor plan in Olathe KS is the 2-story floor plan.
