This was precipitated by a remark about my hair made by an agent on another blog. These products have made an incredible difference in my hair, skin and nails. If you try them, you'll love them!

Fascinating, I had no idea about the DHT thing. I am bookmarking this for when I do my next supplement ordering. Do you take other supplements too? And BTW, nice inspirational picture.

A few years back I read an article that said "BioSil" was found to be the only supplement that actually reversed fine lines/wrinkles in several scientific studies. This was an independent article, not an advertisement. I took it for about 6 months then forgot to buy more....guess I need to order some more!

Mirela, It's nice to find an unpaid endorsement, it means you really love the products. I bookmarked this so I can come back and find them. My nails are strong but during the winter my hair has a tendancey to break easily.

I have also heard a lot about Biosil. My hairdresser recommends it for overprocessed hair too. Some folks have bad nutrition or drink a lot and it might help them too.

Mirela, I started taking Bio-Sil instead of Glucosamine Chondroitin and when I read the other benefits, I grabbed it! I love the fact that it's liquid. Glad it's worked so well. I'll see in a month or so how it does for me.
