Short Sales in Arizona ~ A article by Michelle Lind

I was looking through the WEMAR website and reviewing some older articles, I came across this piece written by Michelle Lind, the general council to the Arizona Association of Realtors, although it was originally written in 2007, it has a lot of good information for today.

Short sales are going to be with us for at least the next 12-18 months at a minimum in my opinion.
