Recently I have noticed that Google Maps has a new function, when you type in an address it brings you there as always but there is often a picture of the address you are inquiring about and you have the ability to look closer at the property or even do a 360 to see what is around the home.

 

A example of this is 2023 W Sunny Side Drive, Phoenix AZ

Very cool feature, Andrew. I have used it before. Some folks are not too happy about that new Google feature, however. They feel it is an invasion of their privacy.

Sounds like Google is incorporating their Street View technology into Google Maps. This makes it a lot easier to get a feel for a place.

I like it a lot. On my G1, I can even do a street view and as I turn around, the street view changes to the direction I am facing.  Pretty neat stuff.
