Cooper

I was getting sick and tired of vaccuming and dusting every day.  We have two Beagles and, man oh man, do we have a dog hair problem.  I didn't know how bad the problem was until we replaced all of our carpeted areas with hardwood floors.  The flooring is just beautiful but when the A/C kicks on, it's like a scene from an old Western movie with tumbleweeds rolling by.

I was in Petsmart buying dog food when I spotted it.  The Furminator.  Reduces shedding by 90%  Ha!  Yet another ploy to wrangle my money from my purse.  But I believe in doing my part for this lousy economy, so I bought it.

I tried the Furminator on Cooper and....nothing.  His hair is short and apparently his undercoat isn't "all that."

But I got hold of Baxter and did the fur ever fly!  He loved being "Furminated" and I filled up a grocery sack with excess hair.  Baxter

The Furminator is actually a cat de-shedding tool but it works on dogs too.  It is a wonderful invention and I can highly recommend it.

But how can I tie this in to real estate?  Hmmm.

I know, if you have a listing where pets are a part of the family, you might suggest the Furminator.  It makes a huge difference in keeping a house neat and tidy.  And it would make a great closing gift to your pet-lover clients!

Thank you Peggy.  I also have a few AirSource air purifications systems on hand I will l oan out to clients I have listings for who have pets and it eliminates the odor.  They always work.  They work for eliminating odors like curry and the like. Will do up to 3000 square feet.  I believe in them so I distribute them too.

Hi Peggy,

I have a listing where the owners have 2 cats.  These clients have already put a contract on a home that they loved.  I went to that home for a termite inspection.  Those sellers have 5 cats and a dog that was very friendly.  Then  I went to a couple of other homes that had two dogs each.  At the end of the day, my black trousers were covered in muti-colored pet hairs!   I am so grateful to you.  Now all I have to do is discreetly bring the Furminator to their attention!

Those of you who have bought a Furrminator swear by them so I guess I should spend the extra money and get one. In my home I have three shedding dynamos! Outside the snow is falling but my girls are losing hair like crazy. What is up with that?! I am finally ready to admit defeat and turn to the Furrminator for help!

I have a furminator too...with two dogs in the house, it's a must-have tool. It is amazing how much fur it combs out. Sackfuls/sacksful (?)  is an understatement.
