Hi Sandy, This photo was taken up the Poudre Canyon, which is not too far from here. The Poudre River is designated "Wild" - and is a hot spot for white water rafting and terrific trout fishing. Thanks for commenting, Sandy! Our Holiday festivities are over, so it's nice to just be "normal" again!! Hope you are enjoying all your time with your girls, and can make that weekend getaway!!

Hi Mary- Wonderful photograph, Colorado is truly a beautiful state. I remember seeing the first picture you posted (or at least it was the first one I saw of yours) with the icicles hanging off your roof....even winter is gorgeous in Colorado.
The holidays are not quite over though, we still have to get through New Years Eve...then we can collapse...LOL

Hi Mary- Would you believe the SD card arrived just today....it was ordered 12/11. I haven't had time to try out the camera...my sister went to see friends for the day and will be back tomorrow so we took the opportunity to put Christmas away. I feel kinda punky tonight...several people had colds and I'm a magnet for germs :( I'll take some pictures soon and try to illustrate the differences. Take care and Happy New Year!!!
