Acknowledged the Market is fighting to recover, we need to find a nitch that has promise.  With the fact remaining we have nearly 76million Baby Boomers watching their kids go off to start adult lives it is likely the need to downsize is a reality.

An Associated Press article indicates the new trend for Americans in there 50's is building homes they can stay in the rest of there lives. That could mean Condominium living, Ranch style homes, 1st floor Owner's Suites plans with rooms designed for returning offspring or the vacation site that is the final destination after retirement.

 Aging Baby Boomers will be a driving force in many segments of the economy for the next several years.   It's no secret that we are in a buyers market, the savvy Boomers are likely watching and ready to grab that retirement home at the tail end of the down market.
