No sales occurred this week with all of Eastwood for the week ending 11/15/2008
While no sales occured, we can make note of the 12 foreclosure properties out of the 49 properties on the market. These 12 equate to a total of 25% of the available homes currently on the market. At this time Eastwood currently has zero bank owned homes, although I do know of 1 property that we are currently waiting on becoming a bank owned home. The previous agent was unsuccessful in selling the home and the homeowners avandoned the home. So we are currently waiting for the bank to take posession and allow the home to be sold. As soon as it does, I am sure I will let you know considering it will be the first bank owned home Eastwood has had in quite a while.
