Glass HouseYour Future Success Depends If You Live In A Glass House

With New Year's resolutions forthcoming, new business plans, and ideas to make our relationships and life work better, you really need to live in a glass house. Not with a green thumb mind you. But remind yourself that this is really an inside out job. Outward negativity and poor planning starts on the inside of us.

Change the inside and the outside world is reflected well by it. Remember in all your success planning think internal and polish that well.

Actually, Gary, looking at that glass house makes me want to develop a green thumb.  :)

Gary ~ Very true, and well said.  I am resolving in 2009 to not always second guess myself and to be more confident about my work.  I believe that confidence will show on the outside as well.

What a great philosophy for beginning the new year out on the right foot. And this year will certainly be a test for us all I am sure.

If you are going to live in a glass house, please keep the windows clean..;-)

Change starts from the inside...especially your attitude about everything.

Thank you,

Ann Hayden

Gary, This is a wonderful time to post this.  People (especially now) have to focus on the positive and all the wonderful things they have in their lives will definitely affect our coming New Year.

I could not agree more and I try to live by these words in all areas of my life, personal and business.

Thank you!

Gary-Really good post. It is always best to be on the inside looking out that the outside looking in. A POSITIVE attitude helps adjust the inside too. I am going to try and remember to keep a positive attititude even when I feel lousy. LOL I am also going to work on the inside before tampering with the outside.  Thanks for sharing.  Good reminder.

Hi Gary:

You're so's what is INSIDE that counts!  Whatever is inside, comes through to the outside...

By the way, nice sitting room!!

I like to think of the glass as crystal, reflecting all that is brilliant and filtering out anything not useful or inspirational... And I do like how well furnished this one is too! ;-)

What a great analogy...what's inside is reflected on the outside! And I agree with Fran-the inside is definitely easier (and cheaper) to change ;-)

How true this is.  A little internal housekeeping will change the way the world sees us.  It's always a good time for a little introspection, huh?  Happy New Year Gary.
