Fannie Mae Listings!

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Wright Realty

We have an agent in our office that is the local Fannie Mae representative.  Fannie Mae listings are now flowing into the agency on a weekly basis.  They range from affordable housing such as mobile homes, to luxury homes that command your attention.  All of them at bargain-hunter prices!

My personal favorites are these two:

I've been thinking of becoming a Fannie Mae listing agent for my area.

I used to work at Freddie back in the 90's.

I've been thinking of Fannie Mae as well. I wonder if they still have the application on their website?

It sounds like all you need to do is apply like all of the other companies to become a listing agent for fannie mae?

Thank you everyone for your comments; for those of you wanting more info on becoming a Fannie Mae representative, I will check with our FM agent to see what steps he took to do that and will report back with you on how to go about applying for and becoming a FM rep.

I am trying to become a fannie Mae listing agent in my area ( Augusta GA) for the past year.  I obtain a certification and finish taking some courses on line with Equator, paid $500 for that cours, but yet I haven't got any one to contact me for any listings.  I have my own company for about a year now and hoping that I can get some of those listings in my area.  Please advise.

Thanks,
