I could use some help from the members of the Active Rain community.

I am doing an article about real estate taxes and would like to know if there are any other states besides Florida and Arizona where real estate taxes are paid in arrears.

Property taxes are paid in arrears here in Colorado. Prorations going forward are usually based on the most recent mill levy times the most recent assessed valuation.
