Here is the report of my Nu-Wave oven I promised. I did get one for Christmas and I used it today for the first time. I wanted it because of the time saving element it promised and the fact you can cook frozen meat in it as I am always forgetting to thaw something that morning for dinner that night. 
Also the fact, you can cook with less fat and the vegetables can be cooked at the same time the meat is cooking is another benefit. So today, I cooked steak, potatoes, squash and red peppers all at the same time.
The results: excellent. Nothing left over and the meat was tender and the clean up easy.
It's a winner and I'm going to enjoy it a lot this year. A busy schedule calls for time saving devices and good nutrition. For those of you who inquired on my previous post about it, it's good. You may want to get one as well.
