This was the first year that I actually devised a plan---once I made the decision last New Year's Eve that, if I continued in this business, I'd have to do things differently---and I did...I established what it was that I could do best and reached out to capitalize on that. I increased my sales from barely 1 million last year to over 5 million this year!  I'm more enthused than ever now, to work with a plan...set some goals...I've never beem much for that at all, but have just shown myself how very helpful it is to have a plan in formation. I totally followed through with doing some things very differently. All the best in 2009!
