With the recent news of lower Interest Rates; I am gettng calls every couple of days with folks asking; "What have they done today?"

30 Year Fixed 5.36% Up from 5.27% Last week
15 Year Fixed 5.23% Same as Last week
5/1 ARM 5.84% Down from 5.87% Last week
Of course Monday is a new day; with new Interst Rates. I strongly believe that these are some of the best Interest Rates (Fixed Rates) that we have ever seen. Even in the Height of the market; the only rates that dipped below 5% were the adjustable rates.
If you need to refinance - This IS the time. Run Don't Walk to your lender!
