Joys Of Christmas

One of the great joys of Christmas is the good food we have for the holidays. But it seems this year I have over-ate every single day since before Thanksgiving. I am going to have to hit the pavement soon to try to walk off some unwanted pounds. I know this will be hard but this fat has got yo go.
