and I quote.....

"My wife and I found your website on Google and we Are going to Cozumel the 12th thru the 15th to look for Property to buy. We have been there about 6 times For various vacations (as well as Playa Del Carmen and Cancun). We know that the peso is down against the dollar and there is a slowdown due to the global recession and we are convinced now is the right time to buy. Can you contact us to discuss your experience there In Cozumel and our best options."

now, what do you think others are thinking about the real estate market ???   Isn't it better to look at otions aboard with the costs of living and pricing, weather etc. with baby boomers --

anytime, folks...  I'm waiting for you!

Absolutely safe Steve -- it's the No. 1 Cruise destination in the world.  At all costs they are protecting tourism here.  80,000 people and the island is only 15% inhabited.  See your from Hawaii, well you understand the value.  This area will continue to grow and costs of real estate taxes for example on a $300,000 house is under $300 a Year!

Cindy, with CNN proclaiming Mexico is nearing collapse due to the drug problems across the border, many people think ALL of Mexico is dangerous. It is not. I spent two weeks at Thanksgiving in downtown Puerto Vallarta and in Nuevo Vallarta. We took the local bus to Sayulita, through the tropical forest- several times. At no time did I feel threatened or unsafe. There are tourist police all over PV and we even saw them in Sayulita. People need to remember there are many unsafe areas in our own country.
